Question about hairless rats

I have a small surplus of hairless rats and was wondering what the market value is.I was thinking of selling some and wanted to know what to charge.Thanks..

depends on where you are in the country..

depends on availability from other breeders..

depends on the genetic stock of your animals (true hairless vs "double rex"..

when i was breeding hairless rats for petstores i was getting between $5-8 each for them depending on who i sold them too. Other times i couldnt GIVE the stupid things away lol.

call around to area petstores and see what they sell hairless rats for.. and figure 50% of that is what you sell them for.. so if they sell them for $20.00.. you sell em for $8-10

Well the true hairless rats aren't sold where I live, but I can get them from the reptile show every month for $3.50 each. They also sell juvies for $1 a piece.
