Sick Bearded Dragon Here??? Please help.

dior217 Jan 10, 2004 11:28 AM

My dragon Maximus has been making this noise that sounds like a
whimpering puppy. Looks like he is gasping for air. His skin looks
wrinkled & big for his body, but he doesn't look skinny. His beard
blk and puffed and @ times acts very sluggish. This has all happened
so quick and would like any help or advice I can get to help him
before he gets worse. I am a new owner and still learning. Maximus
and his roomate Tank are approx. 9 months old, they have been
together since birth. Tank is perfect and looks as healthy as can be. We willl be taking him to Prehistric Pets today so they can give him a look over. Any other info or experiences you guys can share would be greatly appreciated.
Please help!!
Thanks.

Sounds like he has a respiratory infection.Has he been eating greens? If not then have you been giving him water or baths?
