Sphaerodactylus fantasticus I believe. They come from the Carribean and need a terrestrial rock dweller setup. This region has heavy precipitation so humidity must be kept up. I'm unsure of the actual numbers though I would do roughly 80-85 temperature and 70% humidity. These are small geckos, 60-80 cm at most.
If you caught it I imagine you live in Miami.I have seen them by my grandmothers house.Someone allready posted great care info.
Actually come to think of it I havent seen any in awhile used to see them here and there Esp after rains when the sun would come out.Neat little geckos.

Looks like a Sphaerodactylus notatus to me. And like an adult (these geckos stay tiny)

Be sure to provide curled, flat, and "arched" leaves at the bottom of the enclosure for them to hide under; also flat bark or palm fronds leaning (that will not fall) against the side of the enclosure. Keep it humid, but not wet, with good ventilation. Small banana plants for basking.
