Beardie safe soap?

I went to london over the new years holiday to see my cousin in the New Years parade and visit castles etc. and I left Spike (my dragon) with my grandparents to take care of. He did great gained a bit of wait but my grandpa didn't change the paper towels but once in one week and he smells, not the cage but him. So my question is are there any reptile safe soaps to deoderize him?

Any mild baby shampoo or soap will work.
