Bummer,
Sorry he got away. I had two escape in Nov. 2002. Haven't seen them since.
I don't mean to be too negative. There are a lot of people that have escapees show up.
Start at it's tank and just work out from there. Don't forget to look up and look in every possible hiding spot that even seems possible for it to fit.
good luck

I was reading a care sheet (sorry don't remember which one but I found it searching google) and it gave a couple of ideas. One is to put krinkle, noisey stuff like tinfoil all over (behind bookcases, under fridge, behind cabnits and the like) and turn out the lights. Wait to do this after dark so that the place is pretty dark. Might have on a couple of red lights or night basking lights for yourself. When the snake moves it will (hopefuly) make some noise and you can narrow down your search. The other thing is suggested is to put down a fine layer of flour around base boards and door frames and other likely snake highways. Go to bed and in the morning you should have a trail to follow. Hope this helps and you can find him.

I've never tried it but you could put a pinky in a small water bowl or dish in your room and see if it is gone in the morning, the only problem with that is when a corn snake eats, the next thing he will do is find a warm spot and just sit there to digest and it will be hard to find him that way. I've lost two snakes in my time and found one of them.
