I'm doing the same thing you are. I'm buying sheets of plastic and a plastic welder myself. Your best bet is to do a few searches untill you find the plastic people in your state/city. Shipping from usplastic would be to much and I have found cheaper prices just miles from my home. The two plastics that your probably going to end up getting for different reasons are either polyethelene or polypropylene. They are the least expensive and the sturdiest. Animal plastics uses the High Density PE, but is switching over to the HDPP. Hope this helps
