A couple pictures of Nebu

Here he is, super fat after spending a couple months in dirt and eating himself into obesity. He's more than doubled his weight and is much longer.

god damn he did get wayyyyy bigger what the hell, can it really be that if u put better substrate and make it more like how they live in the wild they actually grow more , thats crazy because that lil guy has doubled his size or almost tripled, this is some weird stuff

Hey-
Looks like he is starting to come into his own.
Maybe he's just a late bloomer-probably be a 30" monster soon.....

Yeah, finally. He was stuck at 25 grams for like 6 months. It's weird because he seemed like he was doing fine. It just goes to show that sometimes even when your setup seems great it is not optimum. It makes me wonder how many adults out there are just doing enough to get by but we can't tell because they are done growing. All of yours down for the winter Ed?

Hey peter-
Sorry haven't responded earlier....work ,work, work....
No, mine do not seem to understand the idea of brumation.
They seem to stay in their hides for a few days or so then come out and consume everything in the enclosure.
With our weather being so warm the ambient temps have been high at night so that has not helped.
Just when I thought those trips to the market to buy greens would subside.....
At least my new female is acclimating nicely.
I'll get some new picts out soon...
