My ATB Won't eat....Can you help me??

Hi to everyone ---
I have a Yellow ATB - about 3-ft...all of a sudden, he is not eating. Active, but not eating. No sign of shedding. Did have mites, but they are now gone. Don't understand what is happening here....Same thing happened to a previous ATB, and she ultimately died, very quickly too. Anyone know what could be going on here? Thanks.
