in Indiana. I believe (?) there is a state ban on Venomous. The local DNR there are notorious for selling people animals that are illegal to own & then busting them for it. I guess some people do not care how they make a living.

I have contacted the Local DNR here in Indiana.. there is no state ban on Hots or crocodilians.

Someone emailed me & said that permits are required. Did you receive the same info.? I have heard of numerous sting operations by local DNR in IN concerning Venomous. Be careful, they are sneaky....

Venomous ARE illegal in Indiana without permits.
