How risky is to ship boas airport to airport in cold weather like 30F to 40F?

I would think if packed correctly, not very risky at all. I have been receiving snake and tortoise shipments via UPS when the temps. here are in the mid 20s, everything has arrived just fine. I think an airport arrival would be even better, quicker transport as you pick them up right there, they don't have to take the van ride to the UPS warehouse and then ride around in the guy's truck all morning.
