According to the rhac book, she will need to gain another 14 grams.
Good Luck!

To get a female crested up to breeding size, it will depend on how well you feed it. I fed a female crested 3-5 times a week crickets and 1-2 times a week meat/fruit babyfood mix. I got her up to 33grams when she was 9-10 months old. She was a big one and really pretty too. Unfortunately I sold her.

Ideally you want the female cresteds to be about 30grams before you try to breed them. This is advice from de Vosjoli's book. I did not try to breed my cresteds until they were 30-35grams. Most of my females are now at least 40gram and they range from 15-24 months of age.

Hope this helps.
