Recently I posted that my BP had gotten a couple blisters on his belly which i promptly treated and they went away in about a week. I also replaced my Cage Carpet with newspaper, and recently i noticed what I think is a burn. I didn't think a change to newspaper would have an affect on him. Could it just be the skin of the blisters on a healing path or could it be a burn. I've been keeping him on neosporin and put some extra cage carpet under the newspaper to try to prevent anything else from happening. Any suggestions? They look better since i began treating, but any other info would be helpful. Thanks

I would check all the temps and be sure his heat source and basking area CAN'T burn him. Then I would change the ointment to the cream. I have seen some snakes react to the petroleum base of the ointment and get blisters from it. I would put a cream based triple antibiotic on it and also be sure it isn't the beginning of a skin rot. Is it likely he is sitting in wet? Obviously can't tell without seeing.

Failure is not an option. It comes bundled with the software.
