If I have tiles in the terrarium how do I add UTH? Under the terrarium or under the tiles? If under the terraium, is the heating effect enough? How much effect on the UTH do I need?

What are the tiles made of? What temperature does your room say at most of the time... will you have any substrate over or under the tiles??

If its slate then you can put the UTH under the tank, and have a 50 watt light you keep on during the day, 12 hours usually, you can turn it off when you go to bed and that will be fine.
