Barren Gecko?

skits Jan 11, 2004 03:47 PM

Is there such a thing as a female or male gecko unable to reproduce. Just asking cause a neighbor of mine breed his two, and only one egg hatched outta the 8 or so eggs.

Wellllll.... if one hatched, then they reproduced. The male might have LOW fertility, but the fault might also lie with how your neighbor cared for the eggs.

"The serpent crams itself with animal life that is often warm and vibrant, to prolong an existence in which we detect no joy and no emotion. It reveals the depth to which evolution can sink when it takes the downward path and strips animals to the irreducible minimum able to perpetuate a predatory life in its naked horror."
