I tried replying to your email but got errors for undeliverable so...
I cycle them cold (60-70 deg F) for 3-4 months in the winter. Deep moist substrate and drinking water available all winter. Stop feeding a few weeks before cooling them or undigested food will go rancid in their system and they'll bloat and die. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO FOOD HIDING THAT THEY MIGHT FIND WHILE THEY ARE FASTING...I know this from a bad experience! In fact I now remove the substrate completely for the fasting period. After you warm them up and feed them for a few weeks, put the males with the females for a week, then separate them. You should get a clutch of eggs within a month or 2. After each clutch reintroduce the male for a week. You should get a clutch of 4-6 eggs every 30 days through the warm cycle. Babies need consistent calcium/D3 supplementation or they will get MBD, adults need occasional supplements, breeding females more. You had better have your own cricket colony because you'll go through them like you wouldn't imagine!
