Hey...Eve, DonC, or Will....

Johne Jan 11, 2004 11:16 PM

Do any of you guys/gal, know where to find a breeding size male auriceps. A friend in California just lost his male during brumation. I thought maybe one of you guys may have an extra. Let me know if you do. Thanks so much,

John Eddington

You know me, mine are pets, I only part with offspring ! I'm sorry I could not help.
I can help in a couple months (hopefully) if he wants hatchlings to start a breeding group, but thats about it !

John. I still have Azul, Bernie, Sammie, and Sienna in brumation. They still like about like they did in November.

Sorry to hear about the loss. I lost a wild caught auriceps in hibernation last year. Unfortunately I don't have any extras at this time.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that John. I've only got the two, which I *heve* to keep myself, and I'm trying to get more females! Sampson gave ME a little scare about a week ago, but he's fine now. He acted like he was trying to get an upper respiratory problem, (some mouth breathing, blowing his gular up) so there's no way I can part with LT, as he's my only backup.

That even has any auriceps. I have the pair I got from Will, but they are small still, and will never be parted with LOL

I don't think my wife would like it.

The reason I say MAY is that I have a friend that lives within the range of C.c.auriceps and would probably go catch ya one! I don't know how soon you need one or even if it's legal to aquire one that way.....just an idea.
