I'm learning a couple of Photoshop tricks...slowly but surely and let me just say...it's a lot of FUN! Especially when you're done and sit back and look at what you just made! Anyways, I did this tonight...it took me about an hour or so which I think is pretty good since I don't know Photoshop at all really. Can't wait to see what tricks I can do once I really get the hang of things LOL!

How's Louisiana treating you? Have you fallen in love with Cajun cooking yet?

Louisiana is good! I'm loving it here! I haven't had a chance to try much Cajun cooking yet but I can't wait to...I love spicy stuff! Mardi Gras is coming up soon too so I'm looking forward to that...my first Mardi Gras!

What exactly is the genetics on that one? is it merely a super salmon? or a harli salmon? or?

was produced by Rick Staub back in June of 2003. She was from a hypo bred to a hypo so she is a possible super. No harli blood in her! I just had to snatch her up because she is so awesome looking and I love how she has pretty much no pattern on her sides. I don't know for sure but I have a good feeling that she is a super (knock on wood!).
