Looks like one of those Habitrail hamster potties. Pretty good idea actually, but must cost a tooth and a nail.

Yes you are correct, that is exactly what it is. It really wasn't all that expensive -- though certainly more expensive than a plastic container. I like it, but I think its too hard to keep humid with such a large opening. I'm putting a plastic container in there this coming week to see if I have better results.
Its exactly what AgentofLilith said (hope I got that name right) a hampster potty. It works "okay" but since the opening is so large its hard to keep humid.
I'm planning on getting another gecko later, actually. But for now she'll just have to enjoy a whole lotta space. 
That's one thing you just can't find in a store anywhere eh, a nice humid hide. I'm always looking at the hamster and bird things at the pet stores as well as other stores hoping to come across something that looks good that I could use instead of a plastic container, so far no luck.
