hello everyone! i was wondering if u guys can help me out with a question, i just bought 1 nelson albino baby male, and 2 het for albino females. about a month ago i caught the male trying to eat one of the females!! i had to interfere. i have not seperated them and it hasnt happened anymore, is this normal?
and should i continue keeping them together? i have them in a 20 gallon. i hope to breed them oneday. thanx.

YES! One of their natural food sources is other snakes. You should house them in separate enclosures ASAP, or you could end up with several dead snakes, or one fat one.

Nelson milks along with all other kings and milks are natural snake predators. They eat other snakes on a regular basis. Consider yourself lucky that you still have 3 snakes. You might want to do some research the next time you choose to get new animals. Keep them seperate. 1 per cage is a general rule for kings and milks except when breeding.

Yes seperate them, but you really need to get a book. If you can afford the snakes and set up you should be able to afford some time to do research before you buy.
