Regulations in Massachusetts

Due to work it looks like I may have to move from my New hampshire home (where gators are legal) to Mass. where they are not. Does anyone know if its easy to obtain a permit in Massachusetts pertaining to crocodilians? I couldn't imagine having to give up my beloved pet . Thanks for any help!

It is virtually impossible to obtain a permit for a crocodilian in MA. The only way you might be able to is to prove the animal is to be used for serious educational programs or serious research purposes. Both are a very long shot, the state does not like handing out permits.
