The tail of one of my beardeds is really weird. His whole body is bright and beautiful but from the base of his tail on it is glossy and dull. It doesnt look like he is about to shed. I have other lizards and never seen this before. I bath them once a day in warm water, is that to much?

Sounds like a shed to me. If your Beardie doesn't mind a daily bath then it's no problem.

glossy and dull? that is a contradiction of terms. If you are describing what I think you are describing I would say his tail is entering shed. The skin typically gets dull and faded in colour (or just turns grey) before sheding though it could take a week before skin actually comes lose.
