Okay, I have had these lizards before, when I lived up in Eastern Washington, One I had for about a year but sadly I had to let him free when I moved. Now I am travelling up to Eastern Washington in April Or May, and I have some questions.
1) Are the Short Horned Lizards hard to find in a place like Eastern Washington nowadays? (I doubt anyone knows), When I was a kid, they were everywhere.
2) Are they illegal to catch up here in Washington?
3) Can anyone reccomend a trap of some sorts to catch them humanely? Then are find out in the open.
4) (This is more of an suggestion), The one that I had all those years ago, I fed him the baby praying mantises that would hatch outside and he never was sick... this also was easier than finding ants.
