I took her to A friend of mine who told me what to do as far as feeding her And getting fluids back in to her.Today she ate and drank water when I was soaking her.So hopefully she will get better soon.

Sounds like maybe all she needed was some TLC. Do consider taking her to the vet if you don't see continued improvement.
