Sullivan's growth

here are some pictures of sull that i took today.
i don't see any lenght growth, but she looks wider.
this has been tough these last couple of months(winter months)
sullivan has been wheazing again think it's another uri, and one of her eyes won't open agian.
my mom(who has had past experiences with torts) and i have been doing the best we can to keep her under the heat lamp.
and how often should i be soaking her during the winter?

in the winter especially I wouldn't soak more than once a week.
You can mist her with a gentle spray bottle of warm water - that's
what I do with Teddy especially on his head. Soaking in the winter
just increases the chance of illness as you can see happening.

The tortoise should have fresh clean water available to drink.
As usual this is my opinion and I know you don't tend to take
those. niki
