Mealies not too active

jwr0201 Jun 05, 2003 04:21 PM

I noticed that the mealworms that I have gotten lately from Petco (I know - they're aweful) are not very active at all - just kinda sit there and not move very little if any. The mealies that I got from Armstrong Crickets at a recent Orlando show were very lively and moved fast. Why this difference? RR

At petsmart, the ones that they have are kept in a fridge(at least the one I go too). That is why they are less active. Try warming them. If that doesnt work, then just order some, the are much cheaper this way anyways.
