How can you tell the morphs apart?

ProtaZoey Jun 05, 2003 04:26 PM

I'm a little confused about how to tell all the different morphs apart. Some are obvious like pieds, albino, spider, striped. Others are not, like the jungle and some others. I can kind of see a difference in the scale colorations, but not enough for me to say, "Yeah, that's a _______." Also, how do you know if it's genetic or just stress induced during incubation and hatching? I am going to start breeding in a year or so, and would like to know if I come up with something *magic*

I just ask them...they're pretty honest about it, actually. Except Jordan, that is...he keeps insisting he's a pastel, but he doesn't even LOOK like a pastel!
