A bit of both actually. I had ordered them (won't say where since I will not reccomend them) and when they came in, not only did I have to build them piece by piece, but I had to modify and repair quite a bit here and there.... What you see is the finished product / re-design. Temps are great, light intensity is great and I have gained so much floor space!

LOL no, I wish!

These were actually purchased for me as a "gift". While my father was here he wanted to do something "special" and since he can't ever go back to work he wanted something to "invest" in. He got on my case over and over again until I finally allowed him to buy those cages. He will get 25% of all sales from now on.

LOL

Not really, he says "I don't care if you ever make a penny or ever sell a dragon again" LOL I think he just wanted to buy them for me and I pushed the 25% of sales on him to make myself feel better about it.

So, I guess I have a "not so" silent partner LOL

but is that b/c of ur fortunate geographical position or b/c u dont believe it is necessary with proper supplementation?

My dragons are supplimented with Calcium with D 3 and I also allow them outside time when ever it is possible. They do however go a month at a time sometimes when the weather does not allow for them to be outside.

As to the second part of your question...... No, I do not believe it is mandatory that they receive UVB light if they are fed right and given the correct supplementation.

Hehehe ... here comes the "war" since the "can o worms" has now been opened again LOL

"No, I do not believe it is mandatory that they receive UVB
light if they are fed right and given the correct supplementation."

How dare you make such a statement, there could be "newbies" reading this who might not know any better...the might not even know what the word supplementation means...lol...well, I'm glad you said it first and not me this time.

Lol, well errrrrrr. I have stayed out of this "UVB Issue" for so long, and finally I had to say something before YOU did! LOL

Let me clear up the above statement of mine... just because ..... No, I do not believe it is mandatory that they receive UVB light if they are fed right and given the correct supplementation. However, for newbies I would suggest doing things "by the book"

Happy now? LOL

Actually, I guess there was not enough sarcasm in that past...I was joking about that part. I'm think newbies are smart enough(in most cases) to read the info on the subject and make there own choices.
