are you sure she is bleeding internally? is she throwing up blood or deficating blood? what has lead you to believe this?? if it internal bleeding take her to a vet now.
i personally have never had this happen and could it be a ruptured egg?? if it is indeed internal bleeding anything is possible however i highly doubt a ruptured egg.. either she has had some sort of trauma to her body: interenal organs or possibly some sorta internal parasitic infestation... or even some sort of disease or infection..... i really dont know but ill ask some of the other experts to post on this subject as well

If she has one or two bright red dots on her belly it is a sign that she is ovulating. Where is the red?

My husband said he thought that it appeared as if one of her internal organs (liver, kidney, ?) had ruptured somehow. Not real sure what a vet can do for her but if you have a good herp vet definitely take her.

I agree that if she is bleeding from her mouth or cloaca, take her to a vet immediately. It could be as serious as an internal rupture, or as simple as a parasitic infection. A ruptured egg uslually produces a yellowish-white, creamy discharge from the cloaca. If you need help finding a herp vet in your area, you can email me or go to the "information" page of my website for links to finding herp vets.

Good luck!

there was no time to take her to the vet, she died this afternoon. when i took her out and gently pressed on the area there was a large hard bump. so i pressed at the abdomen and found another 2 very hard lumps. I don't want her be cut open she has suffered enough.

That's terrible to lose a geckos so suddenly like that. Do you have any better idea now what happened to her?
