Pre-formed enzyme cleaners, are they effective disinfectants?

what do you guys think about these pre-formed enzymatic cleaners like kleen 'em Away Naturally and the rest? Are they adequate disinfectants?

I've never heard of that brand, but I use and swear by Nolvasan/Virosan - completely safe for reptiles.
