Anybody planning to attend the symposium please make room reservations by Jan. 21st. This is to insure that the motel gives us proper credit towards the meeting room and that we receive a free hospitality room to use as we wish. I also need to receive all entry money by the 1st of Feb. If you have already made a reservation at the motel, please email me so that I can confirm that we have been given credit.
