I am getting a ball python today, it is a rescue, the owner is neglecting it so hisroommate is having to take care of it. so he told me he would give it to me, he said the owner left a mouse in with it and it chewed through the scales and messed up the back bone so it isn't going to grow anymore it is about 2 foot now and has been for about a year. What is the minimum cage size for it? what size mouse should i feed it and how often? i would have done some research but i just got news that he was going to give it to me yesterday so i didnt have much time.
Any help is appreciated.

take it to a vet first. Personally, i wouldnt get the snake, it cost more than its actually worth. But some people are like that...but if you do get it, GET A VET ASAP

Same advice yet positive feedback, i believe you are doing something good in saving this bp but should take it to the vet asap

The vet is the only advice that makes sense. For all you know, this snake is in constant pain and should be put down. Sometimes rescue is the least humane thing a human can do. Find out the actual health status and well-being of this snake so you can do what is truly in its best interest.
