( i posted about this awile back but am gettin ignored by the shipper now)
I had a shippment of feeders that was do to arrive on the 31st last month, well the never came and that night after 7pm I figured it wasn't coming and I tracked it and fedex had it marked as dlivered and left at the door at 4 pm. So I had been home and figured ok maybe they didn't knock but i went outside and nothing was there. I looked in the bushes and all around and them took a walk around my neiborhood and found notheing. I callled fedex right then and they said they would call back that friday since they were closed for new years. they didn't so I called again friday evning and saterday evning and monday evening and finally got a call from them on tuesday evening saying the driver says he left it on my porch and to contact the shipper to file a claim.

Well the shipper has not responed to me since the 5th( when they asked if I got it since i had emailed them saying i hadn't, and they said it was maked delivered) i responed to them saying I had not recieved it and fedex was being no help what should I do( something like that) And they have not resonded yet. I have emailed 3 times since the 5th with no response. What should I do?
Post this on that other board?
I was writhing another email to then now but I don't know if i should wast my time since they ignore them anyway.
Sorry so long it is the first time I have had a problem with someone.

where did the shipment come from?

when i ordered my worms from worm man i didnt come,lost in shipment i guess and they sent out another order next day.

a true place would take your word for it and sent out another order.

i would post it on the other board if nothing else maybe some of those can help also i would send the bug place a link to the thread once you have written it... maybe that will get their attantion and rectify the situation... sucks it has to come to something like this though

suck. What really bugs me is that they have not responded or adressed the issue. I was going to call them today since i was off and there hours are the same as mine at work, but somehting came up and I forgot. I know they get there emails though since they did respond untill the 5th.
I think I will email them now and let them know if I don't get a reponse by tomorrow I will take it to that other board.
