hey,

i wouldn't worry abut it too much.....maybe u just scared him or sumtin.....sometimes when u come near a beardie(no madder how many times he's seen u) they will puff up or shy away....regarding the twitching thing...was it a little head twitch that looked like he has scanning a good book???? i would keep on ur normal schedule and handle him like normal....don't worry too much about it

Was it his arms and/or legs twiching? Twitching can be a sign of hypocalcemia ( low calcium levels in the blood). What lkind of UVB do you use? Do you supplement with calcium? If so with or without D3 and how often? This is a common problem in rapidly growing beardies. If we have a little more info we can determine between normal behavior and medical problem.

i use reptisun and rep cal i think wjhat i saw was snot twitching, i think it was he ate a cricket to big for him and then this behavior stopped after the massive poop of crickets he took. i mean these things were not digested right bcause the crickets were all bunched. i think i will go back to small crickets

Of course you should go back to smaller crickets! You must be aware of the fact that crickets larger than the space between the beardies' eyes could actually kill your beardie? This isn't something you should experiment with.
