Incubator question!!!!

I just bought a little gaint incubator. Its for bird eggs but i was told it would work great. Is this true??

It's not the fan/turbofan model, is it? I used one a couple years ago and it worked fine.

Its the still air one. Ive seen posts that said the fan is bad.
