Super dwarf, First breeding?

bobclark Jan 14, 2004 06:40 PM

I think this may be the first captive breeding of the super dwarf retic. This female weighs only 2300g!

Here's one of the eggs with an egg from a mainland retic. The snake is about the size of a black ratsnake and the eggs are similarly sized as well.

Sounds really good,

What are you refering too as a "super dwarf", do you have a locality for these ?

I have bred so called "super dwarfs" at around 2500-3000g last year and this year.

Congratulations, just the long wait of incubation now.....
