Hey dude. 4 weeks is kinda long to wait for a uvb light. I am going to send you one It has maybe a month left on it.(they last for 3 months or so, I was told). I am not sure how good they are as far as quality, but it is better than nothing. Then you would just have to buy a bulb later. It is a "ESU REPTILE" slimline reptile fixture with desert 7% uvb lamp.
