plywood

I was gonna make a cage 36x18x16 and put something in it( dont know what yet)But i was wondering if plywood is ok to use for it?
It doesn't have any fumes or anything?

plywood is fine for cages, though it will need to be sealed with some sort of varnish. Just let it air dry in a well ventalated area for several days to ensure all the fumes are gone.
