Breeding Question

SteveH Jan 14, 2004 09:25 PM

I have a 03 female. If I decide to breed yellowtails, whats the best way to go.Buy a cb male hatchling from a different stock and raise it along with the female or wait until the female is big enough and get a wild caught male? Also what is the best breeding size for yellowtails(same as indigos)?
Thanks for any answers, Steve

The best way to go? Get a '03 male, CB, from a separate line, raise them to adulthood then breed them. Breeding size is adult size so feed them well for 3-4 years and you're ready to go.
