Hey Guys,

I posted on here about a month ago that my kids had severly cracked the side of my Sav`s Viv.
I was initially taking the opportunity to build a new enclosure but due to financial restraints, that has had to be put on the back burners for a while.

Yesterday I bought a new panel of glass and Siliconed that on to the smashed panel to re-inforce it temporarily.

I got a phone call from my wife when i was at work,
It didn`t last longer than 10 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! the little buggers had somehow managed to smash the new panel!

Oh well sometimes things work for the best and sometimes not!

I`m now HAVING to build the new enclosure whether I can afford to or not!

Anyways I thought I`d share my bad luck hoping that I can cheer someone up who may feel as lousy as I do now!

Your kids are beating on the side of your cage hard enough to break or crack glass??? If i were a lizard i would be scared to death. Maybe you might want to put the encloser in another room so that the "buggers" dont get to it. Would love to see some pics of your new encloser when you get done.

I should of said that my viv is right behind My door WITH a door stop they just throw it open that frigging hard that the handle smashed the side!

Will post pix as soon as new viv is complete
