that is a pretty obvious answer. you seem like you might have a problem with a monitor? don't want to talk about it with others?
yeah, we all f* up.
here is what i always tell people as pretty basic things to not stress out monitors:
do the basics of husbandry: temps, good nesting (the monitor tells you that), good food, good hides, etc.
leave them alone, they don't like you.
provide them with a spacious cage.
but perhaps that third idea there was most important.
and if it is your problem, you should probably email one of us.
