or can the staple be a variety of worms with crickets supplemented on a weekly or bi-weekly basis?

I think their diets are supposed to be a staple of crickets with supplements of worms and such!

i feed dexter a giant mealworm each day with maybe 4-5 small wax worms each day with calcium on them.... then give him small crickets (6-8) every 3 or 4 days.... he only eats maybe 4 of them... the rest of the dumb ones drown themselves in his water... (
