I personally have not had luck with eggs that developed mold no matter what I did, this usually means the egg is infertile or has died in the egg. I have heard some people saying they have hatched eggs that developed mold.
First, check your humidity is the vermiculite too wet? This can cause mold.
You can try brushing off the mold with a damp q-tip. I have heard some people say they use a little athlete's food powder (anti-fungal) on moldy eggs to prevent regrowth after they clean them.
