Could my cumberland sliders, indoors, mate at any time of the year and lay eggs. like possibly right now, if they are old and large enough....?? Thanks.

if you keep the tank conditions right. you'll want to mimic the temperature and lighting paterns of winter for a while, then change to spring. or just mimic the paterns of spring. [the mimicing being temperature and lighting hours] my male seems to try to mate with my female all year round but im not sure the female is old enough so i havent had any eggs yet.

yes thanks a lot but i have one female thats 5 inches but she will be 3 years old this spring....the male is the same age and size as well, would that be fine?
