raw turkey or raw chicken hearts cooked or raw? help please...

ive kept reptiles for quite some time and ive read of people giving chicken,turkey, and beef ,whats the best out of the three and is it soposed to be cooked or raw?

Your tegu won't care. The only advantageI see in cooking is that any salmonella (which is more common in raw chicken than reptiles) may be inroduced to your tegu. It won't likely affect him/her, but it could mean more care for you when handling and cleaning to avoid becoming an exaggerated statistic.
