are their any species of anoles which do not have to bask to raise their body temps? instead, inside their cage they can regulate their body temps from the ambient air temps?

like trpical anoleis species from rainforests?

no. These are tropical diurnal lizards, they are going to use the sun, dude.

i know that they are diurnal/tropical, but are their some species which leave in thick rainfrests? if so, how do they aquire sunlight for basking?

i will give you an example, their is a species of aboreal diurnal lizard in australia (hypsilurs spinipes), in which it has evolved to regulate its body temps differently due to not much sunlight coming down the thick rainforests they inhabit.
