where to get the glass for my sliding doors?

boastud Jan 16, 2004 04:13 PM

My hardware store can cut some for me, but it is going to have very sharp edges. All cages i have (vision, neodesha, and custom cages) all have rounded edges. If it is the very sharp fresh cut edges, i am assuming that it wont slide very well.
Help!

First, make sure that you have the carcass of your cage assembled and have the glass dimensions recommended to you by the track product you are using. This will be different for different types of track.

Then simply look up glass/glass shops in the phone book and call shops that don't work with automobile glass exclusively.

Tell them this is to slide in plastic glass track and they'll buff the edges for you.
