i got about 50 of them a couple of weeks ago..i keep them on peat moss with some stuff to hide under (old paper towel rolls and cup holders...i keep them warm during the day and have a feed dish with a slice of fruit for moisture and i've tried commercial cricket food, and dog food...problem is i don't see ANY evidence that they are eating...am i doing something wrong???

Roaches feed when it's dark or quiet. Unless your sitting by the cage all day your not likely to see them eat.
I haven't seen my Discoids or Orange heads eat or drink but they are multiplying and still alive, heck i can't remember when i saw the last lol...

They are probably eating You not seeing them eat might just be a sign that they are very well fed and only feed here and there during lights out. If you were to take away the water source and food source for a day or so, then put it back in, more then likely they will kind of flock to it. But I wouldnt worry about it! Trust me, in no time at all you will have thousands!LOL Goodluck, Lindsay

lol...well..the numbers are definetly on the rise!!!...seems like everytime i lift up those towel rolls there are a million more!...thanks for the advice
