I was 16-17 years old we had a conversation that really spiked my interest in the varanid species. After many pets, and ALOT of bites I narrowed my collection to just the Dumeril monitor.
I was really suprised to see the article in Reptiles this month.
Dumeril monitors I feel don't get the kind of recognition they deserve.
