i am building a new enclousure for boas and i was wonder is melamine good??Have you had any problums with it?

I have no personal experience with melamine, but I frequently hear how heavy it is, lacks long-range durability, etc.

You might want to check out Rio Bravo Reptiles' website. Go to the "how to" page, where Gus shows how to make racks from hollow-core doors.
