could you tell me what you feed your leos and how much at a time? I would really appreciate it.

To be honest.. Leo's will only eat until they are full. I feed mine crix as a staple, with a dish of calcium powder on the side so they can have it when they need it. I also feed mine meal worms as well, some will feed them as a staple. As a treat you can give them a couple of waxworms. These are fattening however and should not be used as a staple.
